Whole-house remodelling, structural alteration and rear, side or wraparound extensions. Programmed and delivered as a single contract.
Basement & subterranean development
Single- and double-storey basement formation, including underpinning, propping, waterproofing and the demanding logistics that constrained sites require.
Loft, roof & party-wall works
Loft conversion, dormer, mansard and full roof reconstruction—executed with regard to party-wall obligations and conservation constraints.
Interior fit-out & joinery
Bespoke joinery, stonework, plasterwork, kitchens, bathrooms and finishes to specification, working alongside interior designers and the artisans they prefer.

For clients who prefer a single point of accountability across architect, engineer, M&E and trades—a directly-engaged management contract.
How we engage
Three ways of working.
Principal Contractor. A traditional fixed-price or target-cost contract under JCT or NEC forms, with the practice carrying full delivery responsibility.
Construction Management. For clients who wish to retain trade contracts directly whilst engaging us to programme, coordinate and supervise upon site.
Pre-construction services. Buildability review, value engineering, programme advice and procurement strategy undertaken at design stage—in advance of tender.
